Terms of Use

This is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails. Português
These Terms govern the use of LibertyBot (libertybot.online), the platform for building and running sales bots on Telegram, offered by Liberty Bot ("we").
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LibertyBot.
1. What LibertyBot is
LibertyBot is a tool for building sales flows in Telegram bots: the bot shows the plans, creates the charge through the payment methods you connect, checks the payment and delivers access (a group or channel invite, a link, a message or a file). The platform also offers remarketing, trackable links, analytics, teams and integrations.
LibertyBot is independent: it is not affiliated with Telegram or with any payment provider. We use their public interfaces, and their rules also apply to you.
2. Account and access
- Access is by invitation, from the waitlist. You must be 18 or older to have an account.
- You are responsible for the account information, for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in the account, including what the people you invite to your team do.
- We send an email alert for every new sign-in. If it was not you, use the "It wasn't me" button in the alert, which ends every session and cancels the password, and write to suporte@libertybot.online.
3. Your bots, your customers and your content
- You create the bot on Telegram and give us its token. The bot remains yours.
- What you sell, the texts, media, prices and offers are your responsibility. You guarantee that you hold the rights to this content and that it is lawful.
- Regarding your customers' data, you are the controller and we process that data on your behalf, only to make the platform work (see the Privacy Policy). It is up to you to have a legal basis to process it and to inform your customers.
- You are responsible to your customers for support, delivery, refunds, invoices and taxes.
4. Payments and platform fee
- The money from each sale goes straight to your account with the chosen payment method: the PIX gateway, Stripe, your crypto wallet or the bot's Telegram Stars balance. LibertyBot does not hold or move that money, except for the fee below.
- Current fee, the same as on the pricing page: R$0.50 per approved sale in PIX, Telegram Stars and crypto, and 5% per card sale. In PIX, the fee is split off in the gateway itself; on cards, Stripe sets it aside at payment.
- Fees charged by gateways, by Stripe and by crypto networks are charged by them, separately.
- We may change the fee with at least 30 days' notice, by email or in the dashboard. The change applies only to sales made after that period.
- Refunds, disputes and chargebacks follow the rules of the payment method, and you are responsible for them to your customers.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not use LibertyBot to:
- sell or promote illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors (which we report to the authorities), intimate content of someone without that person's consent, illegal drugs, weapons, fake documents or pirated products;
- run scams, pyramid schemes, promises of guaranteed earnings, phishing or any other fraud;
- message people who did not start a conversation with the bot, send spam or get around Telegram's limits and rules;
- infringe the rights of others, such as trademarks, copyright, image and privacy;
- try to break into, overload, copy or reverse engineer the platform, or access other people's accounts and data;
- breach Telegram's Terms or the rules of the payment providers.
6. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, the law or the rules of Telegram and the payment providers, or that puts the platform or other people at risk. Whenever possible, we warn you first and give the reason.
- You may close your account at any time by asking at suporte@libertybot.online. Your data then follows the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
- We work to keep the platform online, but it depends on third-party services (Telegram, payment providers, email delivery and hosting) and may have maintenance pauses and failures.
- We may add, change or remove features. Relevant changes to these Terms are announced at least 15 days in advance, by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the platform after that counts as acceptance.
8. Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for acts of Telegram, of the payment providers or of other third parties, for bots or accounts blocked by Telegram, for lost profits, or for users' content and sales.
- Where the law allows a limit, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to LibertyBot in the 12 months before the event.
- Nothing in these Terms removes rights that the law guarantees and that cannot be waived, such as those of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, when it applies.
9. Intellectual property
- The LibertyBot brand, the software and the look of the platform are ours. While your account is active, you may use them to run your bots, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis.
- Your content remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to make the service work.
10. Communications and affiliates
- Service emails (security, new sign-ins, password recovery and invitations) are part of the service and continue while the account exists.
- The rules of the affiliate program are in the affiliates area of the dashboard and are part of these Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the user's place of residence are chosen to settle any matter about them.
